Privacy
This page explains what personal data InmoIQ holds, why, and what you can require us to do with it. It is written to the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation; the supervisory authority for Spain is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Who is responsible
InmoIQ is a beta product owned and operated by William Hill, who is the data controller. For anything on this page, including any request below, write to privacy@inmoiq.casa.
What we hold
| Your email address | Given when you request a dossier. |
|---|---|
| When you first and last used the service, and how many dossiers you have requested | Counted automatically. |
| The last referencia catastral you looked up | A property reference, not an address of yours. |
| Your IP address | Held in the server's memory for up to 24 hours to limit how often one caller can run our paid data sources. It is not written to any database and does not survive a restart. |
Why we hold it
Two purposes, and no others.
1. To understand how the product is used and to improve it. Which properties are being checked, and how often, is what tells us what to build next.
2. To put you in touch about the specific property you looked up. We may pass your address to the estate agent, owner or professional connected with that property, and only in connection with it. We do not build a list for anyone, we do not sell your address, and we do not pass it to anyone who has no connection to the property you searched for.
We send no marketing of our own. If we later want to use your address for anything beyond the two purposes above, we will ask you first — a new purpose needs its own basis and is not something we can add quietly to this page.
Our lawful basis for both is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): developing a beta product, and connecting a prospective buyer with the property they have just researched. You can object to either at any time, and you can object to the second while continuing to use the service — write to privacy@inmoiq.casa and we will stop, or erase your record entirely. We will always tell you who we passed your address to if you ask.
What we do not do with it
Your address is never sent to any of the services that build your dossier. The property data goes to them; you do not. That includes the language model that writes the report, the routing and mapping services, and every public mapping source we query. None of them receive your email address, and the dossier itself contains no field for it.
We do not store dossiers. A report is rebuilt from public sources each time it is requested, so what we keep is the fact that you asked, not what you were told. Nobody we contact about a property receives your dossier or its findings.
Who else is involved
Your record is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Google acts as our processor, on our instructions, and cannot use it for anything of their own.
The estate agent, owner or professional connected with a property you looked up may receive your address, for that property only, as described above. They then hold it as their own controller, under their own policy and their own obligations — we cannot erase it on their behalf, though we will tell you who they were so you can ask them directly.
If and when payments are enabled, Stripe will process card details directly — we never see or hold them — and will hold the email address you give at checkout as its own controller, under its own policy.
Where it is held
Data is stored in Google Cloud. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
24 months after your last use of the service, after which your record is deleted. If you ask us to erase it sooner, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- erase it;
- stop or restrict our use of it, including objecting to the legitimate interest above;
- provide it in a portable, machine-readable form.
Write to privacy@inmoiq.casa. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the AEPD (aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Cookies
We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. The site remembers your choice of light or dark theme and your language in your own browser's local storage; that never leaves your device and is not readable by us.
Changes
If we change how we use your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. A change of purpose will be asked for, not announced.
